Arbourscapes Basic Maintenance Service Packages.

A) Spring Clean Up ​

 Mid March to April:* Cleanup depending on the spring thaw and your specific requirements. This service package includes:

​

  1. General cleanup of winter debris: clean up fallen branches, leaves and garbage from lawn and beds.​​
  2. Bed prep:  Cut back remaining perennials to prep for growth season. Turn beds to loosen soil, weed and thin perennials into neat clumps. Edge beds.
  3. ​Soil and/or Mulch: Add compost or soil if needed. Mulch beds with Black, natural Cedar or Pine to control and prevent weeds, protect plants and conserve water.

B) General Property Care

April to Oct:* Seasonal Lawn and Garden care. Lawn cutting starts when the grass is 3-4 inches long. We cut all lawns with mulching mowers at 2"-3 1/2" for optimal health.Bagged clippings are a slightly higher charge.​

  1. Fertilizing:  2 or 3 applications. Spring, Summer and Fall or Spring and Fall. Price depends on property size.​

  2. Lawn Cutting: Starting from $20 and up with the smallest properties to midsize. Weekly cutting contracts for the whole season ending Oct 30th. Bi-weekly cutting only when there is drought in July and/or August.​

  3. ​Perennial Beds: Weekly visits to weed, deadhead, trim and thin to keep perennial gardens looking their best! This also includes pest and disease monitoring and treatment.

All Season:* Garden services you may need.

  1. Pruning: Hedges up to 15' trimmed and shaped ( coniferous or deciduous). Decorative Shrubs pruned for optimal flower, fruit and berry production. Trees and shrubs thinned or dead diseased growth removed. Topiary shaping and maintenance.
  2. Overseeding:​ Lawn overseeding in Spring and Fall.
  3. Planting and Removal:​ Trees, Shrubs and perennials planted to add or change your garden. Also removal of plants that are diseased or unwanted.
  4. Annual Planting: Spring annual planting to brighten up your borders.
  5. Organic Pest and Disease Control;​ We use various organic natural controls for pests and diseases. Proper diagnosing on site to determine the best solutions for your garden issues.​​
  6. Potted Decorations and Displays: ​Custom potted displays for seasonal interest or Holidays.​

October to November: * Depending on what type of property you have cutting back plants and dealing with fallen leaves can be

done by us!

  1. Leaf Mulching:  you can choose to have leaves mulched into the grass with a lawn mower every week until they are all down. Leaves can be used as extra nutrients for your lawn over the winter. The mulched leaves will break down, help keep your soil from compacting, promotes worms, microbes and keep the soil balanced.​​​​
  2. Leaf Pick Up: ​Leaves are removed from the lawn, placed in beds or taken away to a composting station.
